S.O. 198(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4, Clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Central Pollution Control Board delegates all the powers vested in the said Board under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, in respect of the Union Territory of Delhi to the undermentioned committee specified by the Central Government:

1.  Secretary                      Chairman
    Environment


2.  Director,                      Member Secretary
    Environment


3.  Nominee of the Central         Member
    Pollution Control Board


4.  Secretary                      Member
    L.S.G.

This Notification shall come into force with effect from 1st day of June 1991.
